Bookings & Payments

All bookings require a deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event.

Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer.

Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will not be affected by future price changes.

Cancellations & Refund

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event may forfeit the deposit.

BHQ Gold Coast reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided if we must cancel.

Service Provision

We strive to deliver all services as described, but availability may vary based on demand and external factors.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and access to the property as needed.

Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure the event site is safe and accessible for our staff and equipment.

Any damage to our equipment caused by negligence may result in additional charges.

Liability

BHQ Gold Coast is not liable for personal injury or property damage unless caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for unforeseen delays or disruptions beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages).

Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
